AQRC User Agreement

Welcome to AQRC, a global quantitative platform for safe-haven assets (the “Platform”, “AQRC”, or “we”). This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between you (“User” or “you”) and the operator of AQRC and its affiliates (“we” or the “Platform”).

Before registering an account, downloading the application, visiting the website, or using any Platform services, please read and fully understand this Agreement.

By registering an account or continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, please stop registering or using the Platform immediately.

Article 1 Platform overview

AQRC is a fintech platform that provides intelligent quantitative asset management and safe-haven asset allocation services to users worldwide.

The Platform analyzes global markets using AI algorithms, quantitative models, and risk control systems, and provides intelligent investment strategies and asset management services.

Services include, without limitation:

Global safe-haven quantitative strategy services

Intelligent asset allocation services

Quantitative return management services

Digital-asset-related information services

Investment data analytics and asset reports

Risk management and strategy tools

The Platform is committed to delivering a more transparent, secure, and intelligent asset management experience through technology.

Article 2 Compliance statement

The Platform follows international financial compliance principles and operates within applicable regulatory frameworks.

Basic compliance principles include:

Know Your Customer (KYC)

Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT)

Risk disclosure

Security of user assets

Article 3 Eligibility

If information is untrue, the Platform may suspend or terminate your account.

Article 5 Account security

You are primarily responsible for the security of your account.

Not disclosing account information to others

Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA)

Updating your password regularly

Guarding against phishing

If you notice unusual activity, contact customer support immediately.

The Platform is not liable for losses caused by your own conduct.

Article 10 Conduct

You must not:

Terminate services
